Positive, The room's design was creative and inspiring. I stayed in the 'Igloo room' which was spacious and had a modern bathroom. The staff were super accommodating and helped with my luggage. Check-in included a free drink, which was a great touch. I loved the overall artistic vibe! 🎨

The column in the room disrupted the flow of space!!! If you're sensitive to noise, the bathroom fan could be quite jarring!!! More late-night dining options nearby would be appreciated!!!

They even moved me to a different room to accommodate my preferences after the first night. However, the breakfast options could use some variety, and I found the laundry services a bit pricey compared to other places I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The location is quite nice, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants and shops. Just a small heads up—the Wi-Fi connectivity had moments of inconsistency, which was a slight inconvenience for me.

I had a blast at Bna Wall! The staff were super helpful, moving me to different rooms when I struggled with my first one. The artistic vibe in my room was really cool, and the bathroom was comfy. The front door was being repaired, but it didn’t bother me at all.
